Pilates Mat & Machine
This class combines traditional Pilates mat work exercises with the latest highly specialised Pilates machinery, the V2 Max reformer. Exercises will incorporate the Stott Pilates mat work repertoire which concentrates on developing flexibility, endurance and strength using your own body weight as resistance to sculpt and tone the body. In addition the spring resistance, pulley system and push through bar from the V2 Max reformer will be incorporated in order to challenge and assist to achieve maximum benefits from this class.

The Reformer utilises spring resistance, a moveable carriage and pulley system, to facilitate core development as well as strength, flexibility and endurance throughout the entire body. Used by the likes of the New Zealand Rugby team and Tiger Woods this highly effective and versatile machinery is suitable for almost anyone whether you are rehabilitating from injury or training for elite sport.
Cardio-Tramp on the Reformer
Facilitates a low-impact, high-energy routine that is ideal for users of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Exercisers are able to transform their regular Reformer
routines into fun, energizing workouts that will allow you to burn more calories.

Individually tailored sessions designed to meet your own fitness targets or injury rehabilitation needs, enabling you to achieve fundamental improvements in your body shape, health and well-being.
1 session – £45.00
Block of 5 – £200.00 (£40 per session- to be used within 3 month period)
1 session – £25.50 pp
All classes are run in blocks of 5 sessions, with a maximum of 8 participants, to ensure quality, hands on teaching from your instructor.
All sessions must be booked in advance. All private sessions must give a minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice and we unable to offer refunds on pre-booked class sessions.
